This is an IPA like no other. Elvis Juice puts grapefruit center stage. Primed with tart pithy grapefruit peel for a citrus assault on the senses. This zest zenith delivers intense US hop aromas. Gigantic grapefruit notes are tail-gated by orange and pine. All piled high on a caramel malt base.

IPA – 6.5% ABV

Five fresh apples go into every can of Downeast. filtering them out would mean filtering out flavor. nope. we leave the good stuff in there. The one that started it all. the original unfiltered craft cider. 

Cider – 5.1% ABV

Our rendition of a traditional fruited wheat ale, with a trademark Platform twist. This pillowy soft wheat ale has notes of bright strawberry, with a slight honey note that follows a citrus undertone.

Strawberry Wheat – 5.4% ABV

This tart German style ale features 50% wheat malt and is balanced from the acidity of passionfruit. Very little to no hop presence allow the bready/biscuit characteristics to come through, with a nice bright Passion Fruit finis

Sour – 4.2% ABV

Packing big, bold flavor with a smooth finish, Barefoot Chardonnay brings tempting flavors to every bottle, with notes of crisp, green apples and sweet peaches. Accented with hints of honey and vanilla.

Our Napa Valley Chardonnay is smooth and elegantly balanced. Aromas of butterscotch and praline lead to beautifully integrated layers of baked pear, peach and toasted coconut. The rich, creamy mouthfeel gives way to a brilliant lemon acidity that lingers on the finish.

With aromas of ripe pears, summer peaches and lotus blossoms, this fashionable Pinot Grigio offers vibrant flavors of juicy Bartlett pears and citrus with subtle hints of nutmeg and spice, all with a crisp, refreshing finish.

This is an attractive, perfumed Sauvignon Blanc with heaps of lime popsicle, peach blossoms and dried green herbs. The palate is both chalky and slippery in texture, nicely balanced by crunchy acidity, bright fruit and dried herbs.

Columbia Valley, WA- Inviting and easy to drink with flavors of white peach, apricot, pear and zesty grapefruit. This is a classic Columbia Valley Riesling that is versatile, charming and fun to drink.

Our Red Rock Reserve Merlot opens with aromas of caramelized sugar and vanilla, which are nicely balanced by jammy fruit flavors. Dark fruit flavors of blackberry, dark cherry and black currant overwhelm the palate, creating a well-rounded structure that leads to a smooth and velvety finish.

The Bridlewood Monterey County Pinot Noir is a medium-bodied wine that opens with aromas of black cherry, light oak and pepper with a touch of crushed violet. The palate on this vintage is an elegant expression of Monterey County, offering ripe fruit flavors of pomegranate and cranberry and notes of tobacco and white pepper on the long finish. This Pinot Noir has a balanced acidity and a plush mouthfeel. 

The Red Diamond Cabernet Sauvignon opens with aromas of black fruits and subtle notes of oak. Flavors of creamy cherry and black coffee lead to a soft and supple finish.

Josh Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon is made from hand-picked grapes processed at the peak of flavor development. The grapes are then crushed and cold soaked for a full day. Processes are followed to ensure the highest level of flavor extraction, including an extended maceration technique.
